McLuck Minimum Redemption Requirements
The minimum redemption requirement depends on the type of prize selected.

Processing times are estimates and may vary. Prize redemptions may take up to 10 days to process.
Cash and gift card prizes have separate minimum redemption requirements. Meeting the minimum for a gift card prize does not mean that the minimum for a cash prize has been met.
Gift card prizes are typically processed within 48 hours and cash prizes are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days, but in some circumstances it may take up to 10 days to process.
When does SC count toward the minimum redemption?
A Sweepstakes Coin only becomes qualifying once it has been used at least once in a Sweepstakes Game. Sweepstakes Coins that have just been collected, and have not yet been played, do not count toward either minimum, so a displayed total can be larger than the qualifying amount behind it. Sweepstakes Coins won through eligible gameplay may be considered for redemption, subject to the Sweepstakes Rules, account status, and any account verification still outstanding.
Sweepstakes Coins are non-transferable, and McLuck allows one Customer Account per person. Moving activity between accounts, or using someone else’s balance, cannot be used to reach a minimum, and doing so puts both the account and the redemption request at risk.
Requirements beyond the minimum
Meeting the applicable minimum does not by itself mean that a redemption request will be approved. Several other conditions apply to every request, regardless of size:
- Ownership. The name on the redemption method you use must match the name on your Customer Account. Redemptions are authorized only to a bank account held in your name, and a jointly held account may require documentation for the other account holder.
- Verification. You must complete any verification checks required by McLuck. These may include age and identity verification and, where required, requests for documents relating to your source of funds or source of wealth.
- Tax information. You are responsible for applicable taxes and fees, and McLuck may require a valid Social Security number or other information for tax reporting or withholding.

Why a redemption above the minimum can still be refused
A balance can exceed 75 or 10 qualifying Sweepstakes Coins while still failing elsewhere. Verification may be incomplete, the name on the redemption method may not match the Customer Account, or a jointly held account may be missing its required documentation. Reaching the minimum is one condition among several, not a guarantee that a request will be approved.
Contacting Support about a minimum redemption issue
If you believe you have met the applicable minimum but are unable to submit or complete a redemption request, contact Customer Support and provide the following information to help identify the issue:
- your registered email, the qualifying balance shown, and the total balance displayed;
- the prize type selected, cash or gift card, and the amount requested;
- the date of the request and the exact error or message received;
- a screenshot showing the relevant Sweepstakes Coins balance
Customer Support can provide guidance on your redemption request, but all redemption requests remain subject to the applicable eligibility, verification and other requirements set out in the Sweepstakes Rules and Terms of Service.
