How can I check a prize redemption request?
If you have submitted a prize redemption request, check its current status and your registered email address for any outstanding information or verification request. A pending status does not mean that the request has been approved or rejected.
For information about processing times and applicable requirements, see McLuck’s redemption guidance and the Sweepstakes Rules. If you need an update on a particular request, contact Customer Support.
Why has McLuck requested verification?
McLuck may request identity, age, address, payment-ownership or other verification in connection with your account or a prize redemption request. McLuck will contact you at your registered email address if any additional information is required. Be sure to check your spam folder and submit any requested documents within the timeframe communicated to you. For more information, see McLuck’s verification guidance.
Why does McLuck check the payment method used for a Gold Coin purchase?
McLuck may ask you to verify ownership of a payment method used for a Gold Coin purchase. Use only a payment method that lawfully belongs to you and meets the requirements in the Terms of Service.
What should I do if a verification document is declined?
If a verification document is declined, check the reason provided and the instructions for submitting a replacement. Common issues may include an unclear image, an incomplete document, an expired ID or information that does not match your account details.
For current document requirements and submission instructions, see McLuck’s Help Center guidance. If you are unsure why a document was declined, contact Customer Support before submitting further documents.
What should I do if I do not recognize a charge?
Gold Coin purchases appear on your statement under the name “B-Two Operations Limited”. If you do not recognize an entry, compare its date and amount with your McLuck Gold Coin purchase history and any purchase confirmations. If the entry still appears incorrect, notify Customer Support. Provide the date, amount and transaction reference, and contact your bank or card issuer. Any payment disputes will be handled in accordance with McLuck’s Terms of Service.
What should I do if my Virtual Coins balance has changed?
Check your account activity. Virtual coins expire when an account becomes dormant following 60 consecutive days without game play activity. Other account or eligibility requirements may also affect access to a balance. If your balance has changed and neither of these circumstances applies, provide Customer Support with the date and McLuck will review the account history.
How should I handle account-access and verification concerns?
For an access problem, first confirm that you are using the official McLuck website or app and the email address registered to your existing account. If you cannot access your account, do not create a replacement account. Contact Customer Support and provide the error message, date and device details, if available. If your access issue relates to location verification, follow the instructions provided for your account.
For verification, use the “My Profile” page and complete the task shown. A request may fail because a document is expired, unclear, incomplete, older than the accepted proof-of-address period or inconsistent with the account.
If you cannot identify the reason for a failed verification, ask Customer Support which requirement remains outstanding and how to complete it.
How should I handle redemption and reward concerns?
For a Sweepstakes prize redemption, note the amount, method, request date, current status and reference number, if available. Check the registered email for an identity, payment-ownership or destination request. A pending status does not establish approval or failure. Ask Customer Support which stage the request is in, whether any information is outstanding and what you need to do next.
For a Gold Coin purchase, compare the receipt with the correct account and package. Check whether the transaction is pending, completed or reversed before attempting another purchase. If a package or reward is missing, include the offer terms, order number and the exact missing item when contacting Customer Support. Do not repeat a purchase merely to test whether crediting works.
If you do not recognize a charge, stop using the affected payment method, review your McLuck purchase history and contact the issuer through the number on your card or the issuer’s official website. Notify McLuck with the date, amount and transaction reference. An issuer dispute can have account consequences, so distinguish an unauthorized transaction from a delayed or missing account credit.

How to contact Support
The McLuck Contact Us page is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for submitting account, purchase, verification and redemption enquiries. For current payment-support contact details, refer to the official McLuck website or Help Center.
If a case remains open, reply to the same ticket with the ticket number, a short timeline, the last answer received and the information or assistance you still need. Include any new information requested by Customer Support and avoid sharing passwords, one-time security codes or full payment-card details. Repeated new tickets with different facts can separate the evidence and make the case harder to follow.
