If McLuck requests identity or payment verification, follow the instructions provided through the official verification process.
For more information about how McLuck collects, uses, shares and protects personal information, see our Privacy Policy.
Your Customer Account and password must stay with you
Under our Terms of Service, you must not share your Customer Account or password with any other person. Use only your own account and payment method when making Gold Coin package purchases. If McLuck requests payment-ownership verification, submit the requested information through the official process specified for your account.
Notify McLuck immediately if you suspect your account or payment method has been compromised.
How does McLuck handle my personal information?
McLuck processes personal information for purposes described in its Privacy Policy, including providing the Services, verifying account information and processing payments. The Privacy Policy also explains how personal information may be shared and protected, and describes applicable privacy rights.
To help protect your information, use only McLuck’s official website and the verification process specified for your account when submitting personal or financial documents.
What can I do before an account problem occurs?
Keep your account credentials private and do not share or transfer your Customer Account. McLuck permits one Customer Account per person. If you lose access to your account, contact Customer Support for assistance rather than registering a new one.
Keep your registered details current. If your address, email or phone number changes, contact Customer Support with the supporting documents; the name on the account must match your government-issued identification. Use only a payment method that lawfully belongs to you, and not a business or corporate account. If the two names differ, the account will be suspended, purchases may be voided and the virtual coins balance may be adjusted. Tell us promptly if the payment method is cancelled, lost or stolen, or otherwise compromised.
To help protect your account and payment information:
Account and payment safety checklist
- Hold one Customer Account only.
- Keep your account and password to yourself, and never use an account transferred from someone else.
- Keep your registered information accurate and up to date.
- Use a payment method that lawfully belongs to you and is not a business or corporate account.
- Make sure the name on the payment method matches the name on your Customer Account.
- Provide payment-ownership or identity documents only when requested, using the official verification process specified by McLuck.
- Complete any verification requested for your account within the timeframe communicated to you.
- Tell Customer Support immediately if your account or payment method may be compromised.
- Do not share passwords, PINs or one-time security codes with other people.
If you are unsure how to complete a requested verification step, contact Customer Support rather than submitting documents through an unverified channel.
What should I do if I suspect account misuse?
Notify McLuck immediately through Customer Support. The Terms of Service require you to tell McLuck as soon as you suspect that the security of your Customer Account may have been compromised, including loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of your password and account details.
For a charge you do not recognize, review your financial statement alongside your Gold Coin purchases. If the charges look suspicious, contact your financial institution promptly and report the transaction to McLuck Customer Support.
What documents will McLuck ask for, and how are they submitted?
McLuck may request identity, address or payment-ownership documents to verify your account. The documents required will depend on the verification checks applicable to your account.
Follow the instructions provided by McLuck and submit documents only through the official verification process specified for your request. For more information, see McLuck’s account verification guidance.
